IET-SICF 2026 — Registration & Submission Guidelines
- Platform: Submit the full paper through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
- Email (exceptional only): Email submissions to IET-SICF2026@https://www.jntuacea.ac.in are accepted by exception only.
- Policies: By submitting, each author confirms awareness of the Ethic & Malpractice Statement and the Privacy Policy.
- Quality expectations: Scope, Novelty, and Validity (data reported, analysed, and interpreted correctly), Clarity, Compliance, and significant contribution. Manuscripts must meet the required format guidelines.
- Blind peer review: After submission, papers automatically enter the blind peer-review pipeline controlled by CMT.
- Decision & feedback: Reviews and the decision will be sent to the corresponding author.
- Plagiarism threshold: Final papers with plagiarism < 10% automatically proceed in the peer-review pipeline.
- Maximum pages: 5 pages are allowed.
- Extra pages: More than 5 pages incur an additional fee of 1000 per extra page (currency as per organizers).
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements. Articles will be submitted to Scopus indexing platforms and are subject to quality parameters and indexing guidelines.
- Visit the conference’s CMT submission site (link provided on the official IET-SICF website).
- Create/Sign in with your CMT account.
- Start a new submission and fill in title, authors, abstract, and keywords.
- Upload your manuscript in the prescribed format.
- Confirm policies compliance and submit.
